Well, we've been home over 2 weeks now...am I ever gonna right any damn thing about Korea. Sigh. Okay, here's some tidbits

At the opening dinner for Mel's conference, we were addressed by the president of Korea. The affair was held in the Hilton's convention center and security was tight. We were warned beforehand that once we passed through the metal detectors and entered the dining hall, we wouldn't be allowed to leave and reenter until after the president's speech. Attendees were advised to go to the bathroom beforehand.
